CRAZY DRIVERS drivein REVERSEin subdivision!! I have had to call them several times about driving in REVERSE (and very fast at that!) on the main street in my subdivision...SO SCARY!! and they always come around same time as my child's schoolbus, so I was very worried!! They finally stopped driving down my street in reverse after SEVERAL calls! I dont even know why they did that...the street wraps around in a big circle so it wasnt like they would have had to turn around or anything! GEEZ!!
A danger in any community! You can always count on Robertson to go 50 mph in your sub-division! I personally saw them this afternoon doing over 50 mph, IN THE RAIN! AT THE SAME TIME THE SCHOOL BUS WAS DROPPING OFF ELEMENTARY KIDS!
Above and Beyond We've had Robertson Sanitation for about 4 years now, and never had any problems.
WHAT A RIP OFF! Do not go with Robertson Sanitation! When I first started using them 2 years ago they were only charging me about $45.00 a month. I just got my last bill and they tried charging me $62.00 for 3 months! I called and canceled my service right away and started calling around. Everywhere else I call is about $21.00 cheaper every 3 months than them. Gas is at an all time low, so I would expect my service price to go down instead of up. Trash Service I like Area, they pick up everything and don't leave red tags like Bob's. The price is good. They come every friday except a few holidays. Locally owned and operated
good trash service Our neighbor told us about Area. We were able to get a better price than what we had been paying. They also gave us a can. They have a 10 bag limit but if we occasional have extra they go ahead and pick it up.
Poor Customer Service I recently called for yard waste pickup, and was told that there was a $20 balance on my account, and that if it was not paid my service would be discontinued. They were not sure if I was ever mailed a bill for the $20. I did receive the bill and sent in my payment, but somehow it was not applied to my account..the girl put me on hold for 25 minutes, and argued with me the entire time without ever listening to what I had to say.
Chef Container Chef container's big yellow trucks are easy to spot coming down your street. They will pick up your recycling, they are timely, and they treat your trash containers with care.
Very Good Trash Service at an Affordable Price This is a very reliable company at a very affordable price! I am very happy with the service we receive from Robertson Sanitation. The only problem I have ever had is that sometimes they leave the trash can in the middle of the driveway and we have to stop in the road and to move it out of the way. This is not a big deal at all considering the overall great job they do.
