$70 fee due to autism *Update* After calling the winder office and explaining in great detail what was going on, they waived the $50 pick up fee. I had to pay $20 return fee and a month in advance. I'm happy with the results. I understand it costs them to pick up and bring back my can (though they don't make any kind of special trip as I see that truck in my neighborhood every week), I just felt that $70 was an outrageous amount. good luck if you need customer service This company doesn't even pick up the trash. It is subbed out. I discovered this when I called to complain my trash was all over my yard and driveway. I was promised someone would be out that day to clean it up. Nobody ever came. I called the next 4 days in a row. On the fourth evening I came home and found the mess cleaned up. Which I assumed was them. I found out the next morning it was my neighbor.
Good service They have provided our trash service for years and we are very satisfied. If we have a large item, we call the day before regular pick-up day and they take it. Unless it's a lot of large items at once, there has never been an extra charge. Highly recommend!
PICK UP YOUR CAN...NOW I have cancelled my service , effective 06-30-2010: the can was to be picked up at that time. Today is 07-21-2010 and I have spoken again with Debbie in customer service. She assures me that the can will be picked up asap. I'll keep you up to date with this seemingly herculean task.
Great Service, Good Company I have had Robertson Sanitation service for over 5 years now and couldn't be happier. I signed up with Robertson after trying to contact BFI but that company would never answer their phone. (I'm glad they didn't). Robertson Sanitation has consistently provided high-quality service. They don't leave the trash cans all over the place, they don't let garbage spill out and what might spill they pick up immediately. DO NOT USE,BUYER BEWAERE I had a good experience with this co. for many years... until I moved and cancled my service. They did not pick up the trash can for 6months after numerous calls to their office. They have had the nerve to bill me for it, and again numerous call to the office, Finally they stated they were sorry and told me my balance was ZERO...yaaaa, not, they sent a bill to a collection agency and now I'm fighting with them. Buyer BEWARE... I would never tell anyone to use this company!!!!
Do not use Robertson Sanitation I have had Robertson for four months now. They keep changing my yard trimming pick up dates and do not always pick up my trash. Yesterday, they told me they're running late. They never came until the following day (today), and then they left 10 BAGS!! When I asked why, they told me black plastic bags are not allowed if they do not fit in THEIR trash bin or are not purchased (for $27) from them directly. They are awful!
Do Not Use This Business 1) Robertson Sanitation charges a $25 account set up fee for residential service. Other waste companies do not charge this set up fee.
