I am so grateful for Robertson Plumbing Supply in Tulsa. Since my husband had a stroke a while back, he just isn't able to fix things like he used to. No one could help us figure out a leak we had and I know nothing at all about that stuff. Someone sent us over there and Eric was able to tell us the problem, just by me telling him what was going on. He showed us what part we needed, told me to call him if we had any problems. worst service ive had in years working with robertsons
This is the go to place for your hard to find plumbing parts! If Robertson doesn’t have it, then no one does. Really nice folks too!
Total Idiots.. I brought in a simple drain pipe that had rusted through. Guy takes it and goes grabs one that he says matches mine and guarantees me this is the right one. I take his word and buy the pipe. I get home and go to install it and find it has male threads when mine had none and used a collar nut, I go to take it back and they charg me a 15% restocking fee when THEY gave me the wrong piece. They seriously can't get a simple drain pipe correct? I mean I would expect that from a Lowes or H.D. employee but these guys ... read more
Been to the big warehouse stores they kept selling me the wrong parts was in and out of here in under 2 minutes with the correct part
Went to the new location on Admiral, just west of Sheridan. I was looking for an extension for a bathtub faucet. They were able to tell me what kind of faucet was from, and even had this hard-to-find part in stock. I couldn't have been more pleased with the help and service I received.
After going to several plumbing supply stores, I was about to give up, when an employee at a final stop said "if anyone has this it would be Robertson Plumbing". I went straight there and in 5 minutes had my part! Came home and had my sink fixed in 2 minutes. Thank you so much!!!
