I had a horrible experience with Dr. Robertson. He walked into the waiting room and instead of introducing himself he told me that my hearing test result was "crap" He didn't explain the results but just told me how awful my hearing loss was. He then asked what my "gut" feeling was about my hearing loss and I thought that was a strange question. He then took a quick look in my ears and nose, told me I would need hearing aids and sent me on my way. I would never go back to see him again.
