About this business

Dr. Robertson usually enters the room with a fist-bump or high five with children and a cordial conversation with adults. He will usually ask about your job or family to try to get to know you. He has a "no-nonsense" approach to ENT problems and will be very candid that many don't have a known cause or cure. For example, we can't make ears stop ringing after decades of noise damage. We can't turn a magic faucet to make noses drip less but we can prescribe medication that helps. We can't always explain why a cough or throat t... read more

I met with Dr Robertson concerning my thyroid cancer. He explained every detail about surgery and recovery. He was kind and considerate about my fears. He was amazing!

Dr Robertson is a very good doctor and his assistant is great. He has operated on both myself and my wife. But the office staff is terrible. It is obvious that the staff is overloaded. There are long waits when you call in and it was very difficult to talk with someone in our clinic in Fort Collins because the operator is located in Loveland. Scheduling my wife’s surgery took 5 days when it should have taken a day. She is scheduling for 6 doctors which is probably why. It also makes her difficult to deal with. You are requir... read more

My 85 YO dad had to have several lymph nodes in his neck removed due to metastatic carcinoma. Of course, he and my mom were nervous, confused, and all that was exacerbated by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. When we had questions about the surgery that was to occur the next day, Dr. Robertson personally called me to discuss and gave me his mobile number! He also called me immediately after the surgery to say it went well and tell me their findings. On top of all that, my dad’s recovery has gone swiftly and although he has an 8... read more

Such a skilled surgeon and such a caring and compassionate man! I was totally reassured prior to my surgery, knowing the superb results a good friend of mine had had with Dr, Robertson for a similar surgery (thyroidectomy). He kept me informed every step of the way—after the CT scan, after the surgery, and, most importantly, after the pathology report! I couldn’t be more pleased—or more grateful. Kathy M. Dr. Robertson is straightforward, thorough and competent. He did an excellent job of removing a cancerous mass from my husband's parotid gland and lymph glands. There were no complications and there will not be any residual nerve damage.

About 7 months ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Throat cancer. I’ve never been a patient before. By chance I was referred to Dr. Robertson. He never once hesitated, he formulated a plan, he told me the likelihood of success, and he quarterbacked every area of my treatment plan. His medical assistant Nadine, always responded to my calls and questions within a business day. Several surgeries and procedures later, I can attest that his straight forward, no nonsense but approachable attitude saved my life and life enjoyment. I ... read more

Dr. Robertson was recommended to me. From the first meeting I felt very comfortable with him, he is very personable. I had to have sinus surgery, in spite of everything I had heard about sinus surgery I was not afraid, I trusted him, and he did not disappoint. I am so much better since the surgery. Not a question that I would recommend him. I think he is great. Joy- Dec 10,
