The salesman was rude! If you don’t have an account they won’t sell you anything! Before I could ask how to get one. He said I can sell you anything!
Terrible customer service couldnt even get an ackowledgment that we wer in the store to spend 4000.00 were going else where
Not a vendor? Don’t bother coming…… your lucky to get someone to grunt at you
We went into the store to look at tubs. After waiting around for close to 10 minutes, we had to track down a sales person. We told her we had questions on tubs. She said, you've got 20 minutes. We're closing. (Should have left then) We asked what the measurements were on a particular tub. She said, I don't know. We had to ask if she had a tape measure to measure it. This used to be a good store. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.
The decision to stop selling to the general public was a poor one. Many plumbing tasks are well within the reach of non contractors.
