He didn't have another mechanism in his truck so arranged to come back the next day. He went above and beyond with his installation (added extra bolts where he saw they were needed) and even cleaned off his fingerprints! :-) His demeanor is extremely pleasant, too. I would highly recommend Robertson Garage Doors to anyone needing work done on their garage door.
