RecommendedFantastic service, humans, and product. We have had our softener a couple weeks now and we love it. The Robertson Family was also so pleasant to work with and even took a frantic call from me late in the evening after we thought we had a leak (we didn't!). I would recommend them to others.

stop sending random cards about a Package they tried to deliver and to call their number. stalkers!!!!! is that even legal???
Our water system is amazing! How it makes your skin feel soft and the $$$ you save on shampoo , detergent and other soaps by far pays you back for your system ! The installers did a great job too, love the system and love this company!
We've had our system for almost two years, so we've had the opportunity to live with the clean water and experience excellent customer service along the way. Does my wife and daughter complain about dry skin any longer? No. Do we use a full amount of soap to wash clothes? No. Does the water taste better? Yes. Is it healthier for us? We're still alive! All of these life improvements were initially promised and Robertson Family Water continues to deliver. They garnered our trust from the get-go and have maintained it since.
I love knowing that the water in my house is pure, soft and clean. The process of purchasing the system was effortless and easy. I love the partnership with Natural Visions as well. This purification has brought peace of mind to our household.
Don't send out phony package notifications.
I am recommending nothing about them! You all need to not have this marketing ploy where you tell people that issues have been found in the water in their area! Very shady. It will be reported! This could really scare an elderly person! Heard of Flint, Michigan!
