Very disappointed, do not go here unless you have money to spend. Very disappointed with this place and I’ll keep it professional all I will say is they will not go out of way to help and we will not be going here anymore. Having vision insurance and medical insurance for a diabetic paying $700 on a fixed income out of pocket is ridiculous and them saying they can’t do anything about trying to correct it is crazy. Service is trash!,front help desk lady act like she is making you a favor,rude ! Besides that I took my prescription from certify Dr in Conway ar and they said they dont accept other prescription than their Dr(only can sale the frame no put the prescription ) ridiculous. Dont go and waste your time in this place. Make your self a favor.
Dr. Fairchild is so attentive and knowledgeable. She takes her time, discusses options and is always so upbeat and personable. The clinic staff is all very sweet and helpful.
Can’t be trust .. never had a company lie to me like they did …
If you go in for an eye exam that your insurance covers they will do extra stuff behind your back without you knowing that your insurance does not cover, services you did not ask for or you did not come in for, and they will send you a bill for it six months down the road And expect you to pay more. I will be finding a new eye doctor from now on… sorry but that is a dirty business practice as far as I’m concerned… Very shady
