The staff here have been wonderful, the clinic seems to be really well equipped - the chair, the pokey , sucky and spitting things all fresh and organised. Each time I have been there my appointments have begun on time, with calm, and very considerate clinicians. Tallula has been cleaning my teeth and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Gentle and informative about each process . These guys and gals do things the way I think going to the dentist should be experienced. I am glad I found them.
We had such a positive experience with Tallula. After my 3 year old daughter fell off a swing and injured her front tooth we took her to Robertson Dental Innovations. Tallula was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped my daughter feel calm and safe throughout the visit. Her gentle approach made a scary situation much more manageable. I’m so grateful we found her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing oral care for their child.
Pleasant and considerate staff in all roles. The. Dentist explained the steps and conclusions of her thorough examination, also of an X-Ray and she answered my questions in appropriate, adult language. I’m 82, and so many professional medics are either mute about what’s going on or talk as if I’m 10 years old and missed out on basic schooling.
