My husband's bike went in for repairs at the beginning of May and Dan from Robertson's was nothing but spectacular, kept up communication with us as to what was going on because our bike was under warranty he could only do as much as the manufacturer of the bike was telling you to do. But after almost 30 days the bike is finally fixed and these guys at the shop were nothing but amazing. I recently made the decision to purchase an ebike from C. Robertson Electric Bikes. Because I live out of town I initiated the purchase electronically then completed it at the store. What the purchase got me was an ebike that had major problems. The problems began to be evident within a couple days of ownership.
