I dealt mainly with the dental hygienist for my teeth cleaning, and she was wonderful. Very sweet, professional, courteous and capable - really knows how to handle a patient. She was very gentle during the cleaning procedure, and answered my questions thoroughly. I saw Dr. Orchard only for a few minutes, but he is always a pleasure to see, and also answers my questions thoroughly. Thank you for a great experience.
Since childhood I have terrified of dentists, but thanks to my recent visits to their offices, I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. The staff are extremely kind and professional and they do excellent work.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was in need of a follow up procedure for work done by another dentist and Dr. Robertson took excellent care of my needs... They definitely have a new client in me!
Note the follow review and comments are not just an attempt to avoid potential subsequent collateral pain applied in retribution for a negative comments: I am male, 62 years old and have had a lot of experience with dentists and orthodontics over many years. My Dentist for over 35 years recently retired so, like most folks, I piddled around delaying but finally consolidated with my wife by going to her long time dentists. It proved to be a good move.
