Big trip heading out west and Phil at the Charleston shop made sure I had the newest altras that were coming out. He special ordered my size and got them in quick. Even if I could find them slightly cheaper online the sizing seems to change a little from year to year so I stick with Roberts. Plus, I always seem to score a free magazine, sticker or other freebie. Thanks Phil!

The fitting experience is like no other store. I had a pretty nasty talus fracture (ankle fracture) 2 years ago. I find it very difficult to find shoes but at Robert’s they listened to me and really helped me to find shoes that make walking easier for me!! I’m on my second pair of shoes from Robert’s.
