I meant to post a review after we visited your store to purchase shoes for my daughter for XC this year. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention she received and the expertise of the staff. I wish I could remember the girl's name who helped us, because she was great. Anyway, I just want to say I am even more impressed after today. Have bought several pairs of shoes over the past few years from the store. I've yet to have anything but an exceptional experience. They take the time to listen and make a few recommendations after they fit you. I usually try on a few pairs and run around the block and end up with a shoe that feels amazing. Fantastic service and selection in a convenient Charleston location! I love my Hoka's and knowing that my purchases support a great, locally-owned WV business!
Because they are a shoe store, they should have really worked harder to find me a good fit for my shoes. I have had to return a few pair of shoes due to them not fitting me properly, but isn't this a guarantee of theirs, and why we pay the extra cost for their shoes. I have purchased the same amount of shoes as I've had to return, if not more. The owner, Robert, said it was a FUTILE EFFORT!!! AND WOULDN'T SALE ME ANY SHOES!
Love that they take time and listen! They make you feel like your feet and well being matter. I will be a repeat customer!
