Amazing customer care and service! I was in last Saturday to get fitted for new running shoes. I'd been having pain when I ran. They fitted me in a totally different size and let me try several styles and brands. It's made a huge difference! I don't have any pain when I run now and it's pretty fantastic! Much appreciated Robert's!
I love this shop. I've bought two pair of shoes from them. I never feel pressured to buy, but I always find them extremely helpful. I have big, wide feet with arthritis, a heel spur, and an orthotic on one foot. These guys always help me find the best shoe for me.
They are very informative and not to mention customer service oriented.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tri-State runners have no better friends than Robert and Kat.
I could not be happier with my visit at Roberts in Charleston today. I was helped by Chris and he was very helpful and gave me his undivided 1:1 attention. Have suffered with foot issues for several years and seen podiatrists and even fitted for expensive orthotics but still never comfortable. Years of pulling shoes off the big box store Racks we’re taking its toll till I met Kat at Huntington store. She listened to my story, watched me walk, checked my tread wear to see the pattern of wear, and learned I was wearing a size too small. I am very impressed with professionalism of the two young men who assisted me in choosing my new run/walk shoes last Saturday. They have a great selection of inventory and made suggestions of certain shoes that are best for me. I highly recommend Robert’s!
