RecommendedThe customer service is a step above the other chain, shoe stores! Most often they have your item in stock. Shop the local guy! The best part is that he will say walk outside and try them before you buy them. They have shoes, shirts, and all kinds of fun stuff!
I recently ordered a pair of shoes for delivery. Looked out the front door on a whim and there they were. Work life is crazy and not having to make it to the store at a given time is awesome. Thanks for the awesome customer service, as always.
I visited Roberts Running and Walking shop today because I really needed a new pair of walking shoes. They provide excellent service. I was able to walk out the door with my new pair of brooks walking shoes-they feel like butter on my feet. Right when you walk in, the employees size your feet and help you find the perfect shoe that fits. Usually I like to shop unassisted, but Now I think their shoe-fitting session is super helpful. I had no idea I went up a shoe size. HIGHLY recommend
I would recommend to anyone! They have been wonderful in always finding my daughter great running shoes. They have always gone above and beyond, no more so than during Covid-19. My daughter needed new shoes but between virtual learning, cross country practice and meets we had no time to get to the shop to pick up new shoes. I ordered, paid over the phone, and they shipped the shoes to me. I received them the NEXT day. You won’t find better customer service anywhere.
Went to get my daughter shoes for cross country. She didn't like the color of the ones they had at the store, so the gentleman at the Charleston store said we could order a color she liked. Well she picked out some pink ones, when they came they were the wrong color and didn't fit. The shoes were too small. I bring them back to the Charleston store and they tell me there is a restocking fee to send them back, which is crazy because I know they will end up keeping them and selling them.
