First off, the desserts were great. I had no issues with Food. My issue with the restaurant was with the service. There was a conference going, which may be explains my experience, but I waited for a 45 mins for my ice cream. Love the service was extremely poor.
Our server Fali was excellent. Always got special requests right. Always pleasant to serve. What a great asset to this restaurant.
Blossoms in the heart of the Omni Shoreham lies Roberts. A serene place to have breakfast and cherish the sunshine through the cherry blossoms. The food is divine and healthy beyond expectations for a large conference hotel. The soft piano humm kills you into a focused moment letting the scene to take hold.
