Mr Ryan cannot control his emotions. Throwing keys at a local business employee should never be an acceptable response no matter what the situation is. I hope he seeks help and apologizes for his actions. I would not trust this guy.
Unfortunately, I had to experience a very uncomfortable situation with Mr. Roberts. I was at a U-Haul location, trying to pick up my rental when I had to witness him throwing keys at an employee there. It’s never okay to treat someone like that regardless. Extremely embarrassing. It is never okay to take your frustration out on someone either. I can’t imagine trying to do business with him when he has no control over this actions.
Would not recommend doing business with Ryan. Saw him throw keys at someone because he was upset and refused to have a civil conversation with them but rather belittle someone by refusing to hand over the keys but rather throw them and walk away. If someone can't be respectful enough to hand over keys even when upset, one can only imagine how he conducts all business.
I had a terrible experience with Mr. Ryan. He got upset and threw keys at me and refused to have a simple conversation with me. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or what was going on but really wouldn’t want to do business with someone who can’t control their emotions. Ryan was extremely rude and disrespectful he threw keys at me rather than just handing them over to me. Not sure if he was having a bad day but regardless you shouldn't disrespect people just because you can't control your emotions. Please learn to be respectful to people regardless of how you feel we all have things we are going through that doesn't give you the right to belittle someone or disrespect them. Beware of doing business with someone like this.
