Great people great service. Excellent choices of jewellery
They did not have the sizer I needed but rather than let me leave with a sub par replacement, they connected me with someone who could help me properly for my circumstance. Very nice and honest and we felt valued for our visit!
Roberts has quickly become my go to store. Such friendly and welcoming owners. They take the time to show you everything you want to see without rushing you, and that is tops in customer service, as well as so accommodating and very knowledgeable about every piece they have.
I drove quite a distance to visit Robert’s Jewelers again, and I can wholeheartedly say it is absolutely worth the drive. The owners are some of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. They took the time to show me every piece I wanted to see and were incredibly patient while I tried things on for quite a while—not everyone would be that accommodating.
