This is the first time I have used Roberts Heating. Called this morning after 8:00am, on the Tuesday after a long holiday weekend. I was told I would get a call about 15 minutes before a service man would be on his way. I received a call from Scott at 11:30am. Scott arrived on time. Checked out the AC. Explained the Roberts Service Program and it;s benefits. It;s now 2:20pm, The AC is fixed and working. House is already cooling off. All work was explained in terms I could understand. Mike M. has already done a great job recently as he serviced our Humidifiers but this week he went well beyond as I had an emergency with a Water Heater. I landed in Chicago from an international trip and uncovered the leaking heater as I got home. Mike was there in a matter of minutes and brought the situation under control. Dennis is honest and a great person! I always ask for him. He shows me what I need if it's a repair. I don't feel like I'm being taken by him. That is why I go back and use Roberts Heating.
Pete and Nick were at our home today removing an old, inefficient air cleaner and installing a new IQAir unit to work with our existing SpacePac AC system and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They explained everything very patiently, we're respectful of our home and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. They even fixed two problems with the old AC system they noticed needed fixing, so that now we have clean new ductwork to the air cleaner and the old air handler no longer rattles and drives us crazy. Weston and Glen Carl installed a complicated rooftop AC system ontop my townhouse in Lincoln Park. They're brothers, a great team, very focused, and professional. The 2 day job involved a crane and repairing a wobbly ladder passage to the roof....no problem... they seemed to enjoy figuring out solutions to any challenge they encountered. I highly recommend them!!
