We had an A/C issue at our condo in Galveston where it suddenly stopped cooling—on a hot summer night, of course! I called Roberts Air, and they had Mario out quickly. He diagnosed a bad capacitor, replaced it right away, and had everything cooling again in no time. Super professional, efficient, and courteous. I appreciated how he explained what was going on and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Definitely recommend Roberts Air and Mario in particular. They’ll be my first call from now on!

Mario came by and within just a couple of minutes had diagnosed the problem with the air conditioner. Cool air running within moments! Great customer service from the time you call until the technician showed up! I highly recommend!
