We've had our ac two years now and they have not serviced it yet!!!! Even worse though when we were sold the unit he suggested an upgraded AC system because our home is larger than most, including "black" ductwork that's supposed to handle higher volumes of air but it was never installed. All they did was replace one line with a silver flex duct and left it laying on the ground. $15,000 for the unit and $900 for duct that was never installed!! I complained about it the next day!
