First thing, I know this is a bar and grill and the noise level is expected to be above average but when the bar tender is the loudest one in the room, it gets obnoxious very quickly. We sat at our table for almost two hours and was only approached by our waitress three times- the initial approach when we sat down, the second to bring appetizers and take our orders, and the third was to bring one round of refills of nonalcoholic drinks and the appetizers. Called to order a pizza at 11:19 pm. on a Friday night. Website says they're open until 12:00 midnight. Guy tells me they aren't delivering anymore tonight. I said ok how about if i come pick it up? I'm just 5 minutes down the street. He talks to the manager and was told the kitchen is closed. Says he's very sorry. I guess this place has all the business they need. Very bad first impression. I won't be recommending
Ate here last night. Ordered to go due to social distancing. Arrived back at the resort and only 1 (out of 5) family members were satisfied with their meal. Two of us had Chicken alfredo (1 adult, 1 child) and the pasta was 1 second away from mushy & seem like there was a stick of butter on my plate alone😭. My husband had a cheeseburger and it had shredded lettuce (maybe they had run out) unmelted cheese and almost an entire onion on there. My other son had a grilled cheese with unmelted cheese. nice pizza IF you are staying at the resort it is located in. it is not conveniently accessible otherwise.
My husband & I were in town for a few days & decided to do delivery one night. Roberto’s was very friendly and the delivery was quick! The pizza and hamburger were great too! I would recommend them to anyone staying in Sandestin Resort that wants to stay in for the night.
My family and I are here on Spring Break and we definitely give Roberto's 👍🏾👍🏾. It was delicious and the service was great.
