I’m so disappointed with Dr Calderon and the NP Aznehan Batirbek . My Aunt was seen recently for a routine check up, she is over 80 years of age and still willing and able to move likes she’s 40 lol. Unfortunately when she was seen not much care and attention was given to her. She was uncomfortable and had to sit there for hours, even though she was on time for her appointment. I wish I could give Dr. Calderon 0 stars, but Google will not let me. After returning from traveling, my husband began experiencing terrible GI issues, fevers, relentless headaches and terrible fatigue. He went to urgent care, was told maybe viral and sent home. He continued to get worse. He went to Dr. Calderon to request lab testing for his GI issue and also blood work. Dr. Calderon refused based on his thought that “ it was just vital”. Dr. Roberto Calderon at New Rochelle West Med is HORRIBLE. He has absolutely no patience with older patients. He did not make my father feel comfortable at all. I thought since he was a Spanish speaking doctor he would be a good fit for my father but boy was I wrong. Please do not go to this man. He wouldn’t even let my father try to answer one question, when he was already raising his voice at him frustrated and demanding specific dates and details. My father is 69 with poor memory.
