We went to the Doctor's office to have a cast put on my 95 year old mother's fractured wrist. Upon arrival I present all the required insurance information. Unfortunately in the haste to arrive on time for the appt, I forgot my mother's photo ID. As my 95 year old mother grimaced with pain as she wore a temporary cast, the office staff was polite enough and cold hearted enough to uncaringly refuse service to a hurt and injured 95 year old patient. I offered my ID if they thought for one moment
6mo post op for my fractured wrist and it feels completely normal and strong, thanks to Dr. Miki's skilled hands. I was able to recover quickly after my surgery and have no pain or inflexibility. Highly recommend his services and staff!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Mike! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Unlike some Doctors he actually seemed to remember me at every visit. I would highly recommend him. His office and staff are also great and helpful!
While I couldn't meet the doctor, I was VERY disappointed in having to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time today, to be told that I needed to fill out a form and then wait another 45 minutes to be seen. This is outrageous and a clear disrespect to all patients. And it is much worse after they sent me two text messages "demanding" that I confirm my appointment. If they have the technology, why not advise the patients of this major delay? My time is as valuable as the doctor's!!
I fractured my wrist and needed surgery. I am a physician. My colleagues told me they would only trust Dr. Miki. He was attentive, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and respected my desires. He is a technically excellent surgeon. 2 1/2 months after surgery, my wrist is doing really well, with good mobility and no pain. I recommend him highly and without reservation!!
After our experience w our daughter's fractured wrist, we would never recommend nor return to Dr. Miki for any kind of medical advice or treatment! We saw him on a Thursday; he couldn't see the fracture on his X-ray so we had an MRI the next day, Friday. We set up a telephone appt for Tuesday and we received no call. I called his office that Tuesday-Friday and NEVER rec'd a return phone call advising us of her fracture. Today, Christmas Eve, he decided to call and advise us to seek Urgent Care.
Very nice and down to earth Doctor. Took his time to examine my hands and explained choices based on my conditions. I will definitely have my surgery with him when the time comes. I highly recommend Dr Miki.
Dr. Miki is too busy to call back his patients even after a week of leaving messages. My pain had no relevance or importance to him nor his staff
