Everything about this office is wonderful. The staff gets to know you at first name basis. Everyone is professional, friendly and hard working. They put you at ease with every visit.
I usually have an early appointment so I can not say how the schedule is later in the day, but the staff is ready to go for the start of the day. You are greeted warmly, and my hygienist does a complete cleaning while still being able to engage you and make sure you are doing OK. If they recommend additional work (which I usually need) they will explain why and the options, go over your insurance coverage, and work with your schedule.

I actually enjoy the dentist! Everyone is really nice and getting my teeth cleaned is easy, fast, and painless. I love the lady who cleans my teeth. She remembers things about my life and is so sweet. I'm in and out within less than an hour each time.
My family was there for all of our checkups. The boys love going to see Dr. Mandy and Dr. Bob. The staff is very welcoming and make the boys feel relaxed so that they can do the cleaning without their mom with them.
I haven't been to a dentist in a while, and our friends raved about this group, so we signed up. Everyone was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable, and very nice--sincerely!
It's always a pleasure going to see the Doctors and staff at Soddy Daisy Smiles. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and they are always friendly and professional. I enjoy going to the dentist now. I used to dread it but since I have been seeing Dr. Mandy & Robert Shearer, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I would definitely recommend Soddy Daisy Smiles to anyone. Thanks for always making my visit(s) so great.
I appreciate so much that Dr. Mandy had me come in right away, when I was having a problem today.. I probably only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room, which is remarkable - for a work-in! The dental assistant took me back right away, checked my mouth, and did x-rays - all before the doctor came in! I appreciate the time both, the dental assistant and doctor took with me, and they made sure they left time to answer questions. this means a lot to me! I wouldn't think of switching to anyone else!
