Great friendly, relaxed atmoshere from the moment you arrive until you leave.
Today was my first time at Smilles so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm typically a little nervous in a dental chair and therefore, a little apprehensive. However, from the moment I walked in the door till the time I left the chair, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Wow! At ease while in a dental office? Yes! This is not another "Bigfoot" story. It really happened. Thank you to Leslie and all the staff. You are amazing!
I feel so comfortable coming to your office. All of the staff are so very friendly. They even gave me a blanket because I was cold. I am very nervous about dental work due to a exposed nerve that sent me to the ER. I really appreciate your kind staff going above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend others to you.

Many people use the expression, "I'm going to enjoy that experience like I would enjoy a trip to the dentist." In other words, they HATE a trip to the dentist. You will not say that if they are a patient at Soddy Daisy Smiles. I was in there yesterday for a teeth-cleaning by Sharon and it was an entirely pleasant experience.
