From beginning to end, everyone was extremely nice to work with. My check in was great, followed by a fantastic dental hygienist visit, topped off with meeting Dr. Mandy who explained options for future work clearly and concisely. After the dental visit, I was given all the options in a conference room and had time to talk things over and make an intelligent decision on which way to proceed with my dental care. I do not have a regular dentist, so when I developed a painful toothache on a Friday, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a dentist who would help me. But, when I called Dr. Shearer's office, they were able to fit me right in - even though I was not their patient. I was so grateful that Dr. Shearer was able to see me on short notice. Everyone on their staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I received very good care.

I had a wonderful visit today with Dr. Mandy. Dr. Bob also popped in to say hello. The entire if friendly and knowledgeable. The office itself has a nice, warm feeling. The massage chair is an added bonus.
The girl, Leslie, who cleaned my teeth was extremely friendly and informative. She talked me through the entire procedure so I would know what exactly what happening or what was about to happen. She was extremely nice and professional, along with the doctor and other staff. The facility in general was extremely nice and it was overall a great experience. I am. Eye pleased that I decided to switch to Soddy Smiles!
