I've been a patient of Dr. Robert Dixon for several years, and was a patient of his (retired) father previously. I've always found Dr. Dixon to be caring, ethical and to have my best interests at all times. His staff is wonderful as well, and there has been very low turnover in the 20 years I've been going to this practice. This tells me that it is well-run and that staff are treated fairly as well as patients.
Robert Dixon did a wonderful job with my fillings today. I did not need to be numbed, but he offered in case I was nervous- I didn't opt to use it and felt very comfortable with his work. I also had a cosmetic fix on a front tooth and he took time to explain what he envisioned. He made sure my bite was correct and made me feel extremely comfortable giving feedback. I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Dixon for many years . I drive from Lake Norman to Charlotte for my dental care knowing his staff and Dr. Dixon's expertise and honesty cannot be surpassed by other dental services. If you are new to the Charlotte area or unhappy with your current dental practice I would recommend Dr. Dixon and his staff to anyone looking for personal dental care for their entire family or friends.
My wife, Nancy, and I have been patients of Dr. Robert Dixon and his staff since he acquired the practice from his father, Dr. John Dixon. My Dental Hygienist, Jenny Johnson has been performing preventive care cleaning for many years as well. The results of my care and treatment are zero cavities and a bridge that has performed flawlessly for well over 30 years from the time it was installed by Dr. John Dixon. Aside from my deeply embedded fear of going to the Doctor, I have experienced a lessening dread of going to the Dentist! I've had some not so pleasant procedures performed and because of Dr. Dixon and his wonderful staff, I will be back for regular cleanings and tackle some issues i've been avoiding! Thanks!
