Dr Dixon has been our dentist since 1998, when we moved to Charlotte. He came highly recommended by a family friend. When we had kids, they too started going to Dr Dixon. He and his staff are professional, but very friendly. They are always on time and are efficient. They take care of everything, like filing with insurance. Even the ease of parking and the location help make the trip to the dentist a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr Dixon and his wonderful staff!

The entire staff have always been attentive, friendly, & professional & were during my recent visit. I have been a patient of the Dixon family for 50 years or so. My sons went to Dr. John & he did the service of verifying my son Kyle's identity when he died. so this practice has meant a lot to me. But as dental costs rise, my teeth worsen, & my pocketbook shrinks, it becomes more difficult to maintain the care needed. Dr. Robert is a fine man as well as a fine dentist.
Appreciate the thorough explanation of procedures and what to anticipate. The team coordinates seamlessly during the procedure, adding to one's level of confidence and relaxation. Always appreciate the professional and compassionate nature, from the moment one is greeted, throughout the entire visit.
I had a great deal of work done during my visit. Dr. Dixon and his staff did an excellent job. While I would have preferred not to have the problems I had, I am very appreciative of the quality of the care I received.
