I like the office, staff and atmosphere, but I don't feel Dr. Robert Wilcox listens to me. He always seems to want to rush in and out. I don't think he takes the time to read my chart before seeing me. I also feel because I'm a smoker I don't get the amount of care i would if I was a non smoker. I've been dealing with some issues for a while now that he isn't even trying to get figured out so I'll feel better. I feel unheard and like he doesn't believe me.

Went for an annual physical. Dr Robert Wilcox took the time to understand my health history and my goals. Made sure to review healthy lifestyle changes and provide me with information on how to improve my health and well-being.
Dr Wilcox cares for both me and my husband. We both consider him absolutely the best doctor we’ve ever had. He so caring so understanding. He a very good listener and has a great sense of humor!

Dr Wilcox has taken care of our family for 20 plus years. He helps my husband with asthma, lung disease and recently was very quick to get him help with kidney disease. He’s been very understanding of our concerns through covid! We have no complaints of the care we get. If you’re having to wait then I’m sure he’s taking good care of another patients concerns. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be rushed out on yours! Most doctors offices have a wait. We have had to wait before but most times it’s not too bad!
I was billed for Dr. Wilcox giving me unsolicited advice. I won’t pay the charge, and I will not return to his office.
plan to wait a while, and I mean 45 min or more ,so charge that battery on your phone up to 100 .Diet and exercise...... and make up your own time for check ups. Don't forget to diet and exercise
