Dr. Wilcox always seems to know what’s wrong with me when I have health issues. He always prescribes the right medicines or refers me to the right medical professional who can take care of my particular issues.
I loved the kids play area, but we were only in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes. Then we spent an hour waiting in the small patient room with no word on how long it would take to see the doctor. After 45 minutes, I asked a nurse if this is how long it normally takes and she told me yes. He doesn't rush his patients when they have things to talk about. Dr. Wilcox has been my PCP for about 3 years now. Throughout that time, I have faced some health challenges and he has met them with grace and compassion. When he tries everything he can in office, he will refer you to a specialist who can help you further. He has been dedicated to my treatment! I really appreciate him and all of his staff for being so kind to me in a very difficult time of my life.
