I came in for knee pain, a suspected meniscus tear, and xrays which showed a foreign body inside the knee joint. The foreign body would regularly shift and cause my joint to lock, rendering me unable to wlk. From the second he saw my weight, it was over. Attempts to describe my gym activities and describe how my yoga movement was affects were met with eye rolls and scoffs. Dr. Frederick is thorough, kind and efficient! He offers a discussion of treatment options and guides me through possible next steps. I never feel hurried when seeing him for an appointment.I always feel that I have come away with the highest quality of care. His back office assistant is super!
Sought his opinion for knee pain and appreciated his patient centered approach to care as I would like to avoid a knee replacement if possible. I left with an excellent plan of care and some further diagnostic testing.
Today was a post-surgical visit. The ACL surgery & follow-up care have gone as well as expected. My son should be back to playing HS sports on schedule.
He explained everything that he was seeing wrong with my knee and provided options to alleviate the pain. I left there feeling better and knowing what the problem was. Highly recommended!
