After being in a car wreck and experiencing pain etc my family dr referred me to Dr Newbrough big mistake after waiting 5 months to get them to verify my family Dr had sent a referral back in March 2024 I finally get passed around after not hearing from this labs office and low and behold they tell me that Dr Newbrough referred me to see his PA in May 2025 not only does you doctor not care he wants to pass me off like a cheap loaf of bread. Dr Grewe has been our family doctor for many years. Three generations of us. We always feel like we can ask him anything and he will give us straightforward, honest answers. We always feel like he listens to us and never feels rushed to get out of the room. We’re seen within five minutes of getting to his office usually and his staff is friendly. Maria is the best phlebotomist by the way!

Brandi Love FNP was terrific. She was caring while getting to point and getting done what I needed. I work for another massive healthcare conglomerate. I always leave saying this about Hospitality “how can they do it and we can’t”? They have more than adequate staffing, amenities, first class facility, fast treatment. Dr. Chen is not only skilled at diagnosing illnesses and conditions, but she is also patient, kind, and a great listener. I never feel rushed when I'm seeing her. She responds to messages in a timely manner, and she keeps up with necessary blood work, other testing, and procedures, such as mammograms, etc. She is the best doctor I've ever had!

At first Dr. Dickens seemed charming, but he later showed himself to be arrogant and unsympathetic, and he didn't even perform a thorough exam during either of my visits. In his after-visit notes he stated that my PCP had referred me to him for a condition that she didn't even know about at the time of the referral! In fact, he didn't even mention the actual condition in his notes! Very dissatisfied with Dr. Dickens. Dr. Dennis is the best doctor I have ever had. He did knee replacement in May and had no problems. His experience and compassion is second to none.
Dr. Dennis is wonderful. Daughter felt comfortable and made sure we understood what was going on with her knee. Came to him for a second opinion because another doctor made it seem like nothing was wrong. Feeling seen, heard, and having a diagnosis really makes a difference.
Dr. Barker is the best. He listens and helps to diagnose the root problem. Pain is real but sometimes it is hard to diagnose the cause. He will work with you.
