My home warranty company has sent about a dozen companies to my house. Rob Vicario is one of only 2 I allow to come back. He is professional and he cares. One time, I didn't have heat and another company told me they had to order a part. 2 weeks later, no part and still no heat. I called Rob and he took the time to disassemble and reassemble a broken part and he was honest with me about it. He said it's working now, it might work until I can get the part, it might not. Vicario was referred to me by my home warranty company. He has repaired two appliances in my home during the past two years. I have found him to be extremely prompt and knowledgable. He carries parts with him so there is no waiting days for the repair to be completed. He explained everything he found and why the repairs were needed. He made suggestions how I can avoid future issues with my appliances and alerted me to a potential hazard with my heater. Very pleased with the service and professionalism.

This guy is a rip off! He installed an air conditioning unit for my friend in 2011 and never registered the product. She has had nothing but problems every year for the four years she's had it ! AND the product he installed was a 6 year old system manufactured in 2005!
