I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Sue. He is patient, knowledgeable, and a very skilled dentist. He wants what's best for the patient and does not try to up sell you any extra services that aren't needed. He has a very friendly staff, all lovely to work with.
Friendly, highly skilled doctor and staff. They go out of their way to accommodate their patients' time schedules. They also work within the parameters of their patients' insurance guidelines to make sure there are no surprise billings. I cannot recommend Dr. Sue and his team of dedicated professionals highly enough.
He takes time with the patient, especially to answer questions. He makes you feel he is treating a person as a whole, not just a patient. He doesn't impose treatment; he explains all the possible alternatives, but in the end leaves the decision up to you--which makes you feel comfortable to go back to see him! It shows he wants the best for his patients, at the same time looking for ways to avoid unnecessary procedures. I feel I can trust him, and my teeth are in good care!
