Found most of what I needed I went there to find a professional style range and fridge. Found the models that I wanted, 60% less than the best deals on the internet. They sent a guy to measure my doors and elevator to ensure it would fit, found out the fridge would not. I ended up getting the matching range hood and dishwasher plus the range delivered for the price of $35. I over paid on the dishwasher, but everything else was 50 - 60% less than retail.
Prices about the same! I was looking to purchase a new refrigerator for a reasonable price,I searched online at different stores and someone told me about Robert Stevens and so I went and supprisingly the prices were about the same for a dented one as a new one without dents. Overall prices were ok I just thought it would have been cheaper and the customer service I must say was not so great either.
Higher then expected prices I went here to shop for an oven because we expected lower prices. I have to say we were very disappointed. Their prices were the same and in some cases higher then even the major retailers. We did not purchase our oven here because of the pricing and the sales team were quite unfriendly when we mentioned that the dented oven was the same price as a brand new oven in another store. So we took our money elsewhere.
Scam Is anyone aware of the fact that these appliances that are sold as scratched, or dented, are products that have been sold by Lowes, or the Home Depot, have been returned for being defective, and are sold again to the public ?
INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE Do not use their installation people. Purchased 3 appliances, refrigerator, gas slide in stove and dishwasher. They broke a switch on the gas slide in during installation and refused to own up to it. Now I find out my diswasher does not drain right because it was installed improperly. Again they refused to own up to it and that Frigidaire would cover it because it was under warranty. Thank God, I purchased a built- in microwave elsewhere and installed it myself.
Great Deal We bought a refirigerator for $535 with delivery and we would have spent $695 at SEARS. The sales team was very accomodating. They held the refregirator for a couple of hours while I actually checked out other stores to make sure I was getting a good deal. The imperfecton was barely noticable- small 1/2 inch superficial scratch on top of the unit, I had them pull it out so I could investigate further :) Delivery was only $35 and they delivered the next day. What a big disappointment The sales team has no idea bout doing their work, especially Bell, who is so ignorant. I want to purchase a refrigerator and was not able to make any deal with this guy. I will never step in this store again for those people attitude towards some customers; and the way they deal with customers; and will never recommend them to anyone. There are a lot of other stores around, just Google your zip code and you will find a lot of other places to go to and make a better deal with.
