Came in for a Pre-Op physical. I was processed through efficiently and left in good time to make another appointment. Only one glitch, when my name was called fir X-ray another gentleman went back. He was hard of hearing. They processed him without confirming his identity. When they called his name out I realized their error and informed them of it. Very confusing.

Always friendly and caring atmosphere at Dr. Smith’s. And the staff as well.
Just a routine well visit, but Dr. Smith is so nice and completely respects his patients. He will recommend procedures and/or vaccines but never pushes them. He respects our choices. He listens, and gives advice. I could not ask for a better family doctor!
