Everything went smooth after I figured out the kiosk sign in
Very professional and answered all questions or concerns. Helped identify issues I can control with Diet and Activity as well as any appropriate medical diagnosis. Dr. Smith is looking at present health and long term to make sure quality of life and health are maintained.
