Was not able to see the doctor. There is a mix up about insurance. I've made 3 attempts to make an appointment, each time I'm told, "We will call you." It's been a week. That's long enough for a call back. I went in person to give them my insurance info, and the staff all appear overworked, stressed and unhappy to see a new face. I have to wonder if they decided Dr. Smith did not need more patients, and trashed my messages.

DR. Smith is a very knowledgeable and caring person.
Came in for a Pre-Op physical. I was processed through efficiently and left in good time to make another appointment. Only one glitch, when my name was called fir X-ray another gentleman went back. He was hard of hearing. They processed him without confirming his identity. When they called his name out I realized their error and informed them of it. Very confusing.
