From the way they schedule by working around YOUR busy life.To the "Text reminders" you can receive regarding your apt or to remind you to do something specific before an apt. Besides that they are always on schedule ! The office staff is wonderful and so much in tune with YOUR needs as a dental patient .Once your in the chair its an amazing pain free experience ! Karen is my hygienist and has been for several years. She is very thorough and offers excellent tips for good care of my teeth. I have a standing request that Dr Martin do an exam when I have my teeth cleaned and the staff makes sue that he will be available on that date.
My teeth cleaning went well and I got to discuss something with Dr Martin. I scheduled follow-up appointments and left on schedule. Thanks again.
