Robert and his team are crooks and criminals! NEVER buy a home from him, and definitely DON'T buy a home he purchases usuing his Phantom Invesements LLC to buy, flip and resell. The "remodel" work is not done to code, it's actually criminal and dangerous that he uses "workers' who do not do electrial work to code, stucco work is not to code, window and sliding door instalations not done to code. He leaves the buyer with leaks, near fires that threatan their literal safety! THE WORST! A *****!
Absolutely a phenomenal and great experience. Robert really took his time to get to know us, find out what our needs were and really delivered. His whole team is on point and really are amazing! He is our absolute go-to Realtor. We definitely recommend him and his company as youre not going to find better service! Thanks again!
