Dr.Pearlman truly cares for is patients. He is a HEADACHE specialist. He doesn’t treat other neurological conditions, which is not an issue for me. I do see others upset about this. He’s helped get me from a migraine almost everyday to 6 or 7 a month. I’ve had a wonderful experience with him and his staff. He’s a very nice man. He doesn’t talk much and is very quick. Make sure you take a notebook with you so you can remember what you are told to try.

I have seen many doctors over the course of many years for migraines. Dr. Pearlman has prescribed medications after one visit that are helping a lot. He was very attentive, concerned and open to my suggestions. His office is quick to respond to my communications thru the patient portal. Totally impressed with Dr. Pearlman and his staff.
He doesn't listen to me he recommended a treatment for my migraines it help a little but other stuff Id wrong like neuropathy and can't remember stuff he told me contact old neurologist
The best would recommend him for anyone that struggles with migraines
