I met with the doctor today. He introduced himself by his first name and talked to me like a normal person in plain language. He was the most down earth doctor I’ve ever met. We talked about a great plan and the whole experience was seamless. I would recommend him to any friend or family member I know..
Referred for kidney stones & stent by ED. I always vet but was in no shape this time. His office was clean, staff polite, short wait, physical exam was fine. Stent procedure was scheduled for next day. I had a low grade fever & he advised me to go to ED if my temp spiked. It did and I went, admitted to Bridgeport Hospital (if you can avoid that place, please do). To be fair, not all care was bad but overnight it went from sub-standard to downright dereliction of duty. Dr. Weinstein is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to know. He does not rush through the visit, he takes time to know me and my needs. He explains everything clearly and concisely, and he talks to me, not at me, as some doctors do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Weinstein.
Never in my medical career (which is extensive) have I ever had a Dr & his staff recommend an 88 ur old patient with history of prostate CA recommend he find a new Dr because he could not make the long drive to another town for a very important test because he’s showing blood in his urine. When we informed the office we would gladly find another physician they repeatedly pursued him by phone calls all to make another appointment to be told the same thing from Dr Weinstein himself. He was able to take time to answer my questions and figure out an effective treatment plan.
my family member was treated by weinstein and permanently injured by him. after calling a lawyer we found out he has 2 malpractice lawsuits. both patients died after he performed surgery. this dr. is dangerous.
He is a wonderful doctor. I Called the office with some issues I was having. He then immediately sent me for blood work, and he was determined to fit me into his busy schedule to see me.
