The office staff were exceptional and told me what to expect during the visit and financially after. I do not have insurance and the cost was very reasonable. During the visit Dr. Masse was very attentive and I will definitely return for all my dental needs.
Doctor was AMAZING!!! Dr. really made me feel comfortable being that I was very scuurrrrred!!!! Staff was very welcoming Jessica however was beyong exceptional. She went above and beyond in answering any and all questions and was able to pull up my insurance information with the information I was able to provide. Procedure was rather quick and non invasive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! :-)
Great experience. Dc Mysse takes time with you and really listens . I would recommend him to anyone. Brilliant .will be our family dentist from now on.
I am the kind of person who doesn’t go to the dentist unless I am suffering. My past experience with some dental practices in the area has left me wanting. I’ve found that they don’t want to address the immediate problem. They first want to complete a full exam then schedule another appointment at additional cost to resolve the fundamental complaint. This is one of the remaining Family Dentist in a small town environment. To begin with the Staff is very comforting and put the patient at ease. There is no rush for the X-rays by a charged 20 something as other places. Hygenist is very friendly and there is nothing Scaring about her. Doctor Mysee is involved to the fullest and is very thorough in explaining the condition , if one exists and helps in every way possible to fix the problem. The dentist is great, gentle and respects the fear people have about dental work. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for when arriving for my appointment. They handled a dental emergency on the weekend, Dr. Mysse even took the call himself at his home. I would have given them 5 stars, except that they are not open on Friday.
We just transferred right here and this was the 3rd location I tried, loved it. I don't have a need to search any longer, appreciate it guys!
I was happy with my visit there. My appointment was pleasant. Everything was hygienic and well kept and I will definitely be back. If you are checking for a doctorthat you can feel comfortable coming to as needed, this is your place. I highly recommend it and you won't be dissatisfied.
I truly liked this office, everything was actually neat and the employees seemed happy to help me. The doctor gave my family a real friendly experience so it told me they cared about me personally as an individual. I would happily recommend them to anyone asking.
