Rob was help us on finding a well qualified tenant for our new house in Kirkland WA within 2 weeks even during the slowest season right before Thanksgiving during famous PNW cold rains. He is professional, knowledgable and efficient, especially for properties in east side.
Bottom line, hands down, Rob is the BEST property manager we have ever had. He is fair, honest, great to work with and does what he says he will do. Couldn't ask for a better PM.
