I had a very good experience with Dr. Steckler. He is a true professional, smart, intelligent, and he gets right down to the point, yet he is polite, accommodating, and joked about what I should name my tumor. I thought it was a nice attempt to warm up the gravity of the situation and I decided that the tumor's name was Butterball, haha. Do not trust this Dr. Rude, condescending. Left in tears.
I had four cysts that were to be removed from my head. He took tissue out of my head, but missed removing 3 out of the four cysts all together. He refused to admit that he had been neglectful. I asked for another doctor to be present at my follow up appointment and the other doctor on staff ended up removing one of the other three cysts that Dr. Steckler failed to get.
