Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information
