It was my second time visiting Dr. Lum's office and both times I was super comfortable. He treated me like a princess. Also my copay was only $5. He is very thorough checking and double-checking for best results. I also had plenty time to run errands b4 my commute to work. 10's across the board! I'm adding a few family members to my plan. tldr: Avoid going to this dental care facility if possible. I am giving this 1 start review based on our experience during the first scheduled appointment. The front-desk staff (Gabby) is extremely rude and doesn't care about new patients. First, they cancelled our appointment without talking to us. Later, they scheduled the appointment and kept us waiting for 45min and after complaining about the wait time they tried to put the blame on us. Dr. Robert M. Lum and the entire staff are wonderful! Dr. Lum is very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. He provided me with options on how to go about things. He was direct and answered my questions. Highly recommend, very clean office.
