Dr. Lum is professional, kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental. But most importantly he is honest: he will not tell you that you need work done if you do not. I have visited his practice twice now and both times have been a great experience. As a plus, each operatory room has a huge built-in monitor (and another on the ceiling!) that shows relaxing scenes.
It was my second time visiting Dr. Lum's office and both times I was super comfortable. He treated me like a princess. Also my copay was only $5. He is very thorough checking and double-checking for best results. I also had plenty time to run errands b4 my commute to work. 10's across the board! I'm adding a few family members to my plan. My next few visits were not so nice/comfortable. The pain lasted 6 months, couldn't use one side of my mouth. I ignored the many requests to return, finally I returned, to a cold reception,... read more
