Excellent service in all areas
Excellent. In over 20 yrs. of visits with Dr. Frederickson, we have never had to wait over 5 minutes over our appointment time. My husband and I always have our appointments together about 15 minutes apart. Yesterday, we we in and out in less than 1 hrs. Dr. Frederickson is the best doctor we've had. He found a problem with my husband's heart on our first visit. It has been treated.
I was called back to see the MD a little earlier than my appointment time. I rarely have to wait as they are always running on schedule which I appreciate. Nursing assistant was very helpful, making sure I followed through to schedule my mammogram on time. Dr. Frederickson is absolutely the best! He talks through any issues and also shares data to help me make the best decisions. I hope he practices for many more years - I just dont think I can find a better Primary Care physician!
